Where possible, all results from Competitions and Submissions will be announced up to 1 calendar month after the individual closing dates.

We ask for original work for all submissions and please avoid dual submissions (we prefer that if you submit work to be considered that it is not submitted elsewhere). We want new, fresh work and not work previously published, online or in print.

 

 

Annual Anthology Submissions

Each year we publish an annual anthology to celebrate the work of selected poets submissions. The aim is to provide a platform to share work and give an opportunity for some to be published.

Please send in your best work for consideration. Due to the high volume of submissions, we do not reply to unsuccessful applicants. We are also unable to provide feedback on work that is unsuccessful.

Submission Criteria

Please send submissions to the link provided below after payment (or if a member directly using the link) with the subject line GPS Annual Anthology Submission and formatted in 11 point type. Remember to send in magic related entries!!!

Submissions for the 2020 round is April 1st to 30th August 2019.

The cost to submit your work is £5 for 1 poem. GPS Members free entry.

V10 Pamphlet Submission

The V10 Pamphlet is a submission based publication for the best poetry to be featured. 10 poems by 10 Poets are featured and we have a growing following of poets hungry to gain inclusion in the exclusive publication, but we want more, so send in your work for consideration.

Submission Criteria

V20 Annual Full Pamphlet Submissions

This is an amazing opportunity that gives one poet the prestige of being selected to have their own full pamphlet published. This open to new and experienced poets, published or unpublished.

Submission Criteria

Please send submissions to the link provided below after payment with the subject line V20 Pamphlet Submission and formatted in 11 point type.

Please send in your best work for consideration. Due to the high volume of submissions, we do not reply to unsuccessful applicants. We are also unable to provide feedback on work that is unsuccessful.

Submissions for the 2020 round are April 1st to 31st July 2020.

The cost to submit your work is £15 for up 20 poems.

The winner of each Full Pamphlet Submission will receive a complimentary 50 printed copies.

GPS Annual Poetry Competition

Our general poetry competition is open to submissions from poets of all levels.

Submission Criteria
