The FREE Option

As we believe that poetry is for all, that is why we have a FREE Closed Facebook Group for people to share their work. This closed facebook group is for sharing work, posting about events and general poetry news but the work shared will not be critiqued.

This is very much an open space and has limited moderating.

As a closed group, any work shared will not be classed as being published and can freely be submitted to competitions and publications.

However, we run a number of publishing opportunities for our paid and free members and any work shared in this group can be selected for these. We always notify successfully selected poets to ensure that there are no issues with cross submissions elsewhere.

Would you like to get more involved?

As a forward thinking Society we are always on the look out for new talent and passionate people to join the GPS support Team.

If you love poetry and share are all inclusive ethos that poetry is for all to enjoy and would like to help the Society to reach new audiences, improve skills and involve all communities, we’d love to hear from you.
